Belonging to a third-generation family business, the young clan of a well-established B2B business wanted to expand their operations to B2C market under their own identity. With their strong expertise in identifying and procuring the latest trends in the home improvement category from across the globe, their business vision was to be the most perceived one-stop home improvement destination for a very niche target consumers, who value brand promise over the rest.
Being commissioned to transform their vision into suitable brand equity, we intervened with a design strategy that can help them to build and position their new brand business in today’s complex, fast-changing world. While working closely with the brand business stakeholders, and understanding their aspirations along with our deep consumer insights, the underlying design strategy was set in place to design the rest of the brand assets, marketing tools, and communication verticals to help their sales force to better and mark a longing impression within their customer’s mind.

The identity resonates a strong visual form that is synonymous in the construction industry, making it easy for the end user to associate himself with the brand and yet making it aspirational by its relevant positioning. Overall, the conceived brand identity is strategically designed to communicate the brand stakeholders vision and be effectively scaled across various mediums of the brand communication systems supporting the present as well the future marketing trends.
With the creation of a strong strategic visual identity, the following required marketing tools shortlisted by the brand business, reflects the same conceived design strategy, in order to make the whole brand experiences seamless and holistic for the target end users.
The brand business was conscious to realize the need for being relevant and ahead in today's technology-driven world. In order to establish this, we identified the relevant direction and further intervened to design and build a bespoke brand interaction web interface, with meticulous attention to user-interface elements such as icons, imagery, and information design, all around a well-curated, user journey.
Overall, the whole user experience is intuitive enough for the target audience to navigate across the digital medium with minimum effort and fascinate enough to further connect with the brand business.
To amplify the brand experience at the brick and mortar space, the signage systems were thoughtfully designed to resonate the initially conceived brand strategy.
