A well-established architecture consulting practice from South India approached us in helping them to transform their vision from being a nimble architecture studio to a global consulting firm, broadening their headcount of experienced professionals and offer services in fulfilling the demands of the much larger scale of work they were consulting upon. Along with the transformation, the business stakeholders were also keen about retaining their novelty that largely influences their practice and work by building a parallel ground for pursuing the same without affecting their vision and growth context in being a global professional architectural consulting firm.

Upon carefully understanding the business needs and prevailing scenarios, we intervened in developing a new strategic brand identity system for them that can address both their needs and business aspirations, followed by creative outputs to support the newly positioned brand businesses.

Brand Identity System


Given the nature of the brand business and its aspirations, an effective pluralistic brand architecture system was deployed to build two different visual identities. Conceived on two different strategic values, these visual identities will help in positioning their relevant businesses and communicate effectively across diversified mediums and target audience.

The former identity - DAC resembles a monogram to signify the professional values of the brand business to their consulting clients and the later - Design Ashram communicates a visual story to pool in a community of like-minded people for networking, sharing or to bring in new perspectives to DAC.

Brand Assets


Upon developing the strategic visual identities of the service brands, we further intervened to identify and develop a few brand communication tools that embraced the conceived strategic values. The communication tools were further developed to define the touch and feel by meticulously sourcing the materials and finishes, as they were also considered as the daily drivers for the brand business and the first moment of interaction with the brand for their new target audience.

User Experience Design


One of the service brand - DAC demanded a strong web presence as a tool to showcase its offerings and a medium of interaction for many target audience across the globe. Observing the business brand specialization and the best practice of human-computer interaction techniques, a unique user experience (UX) was established in the custom-built, responsive brand website, making the interaction and communication system as the primary objective.

Overall this particular design intervention process also empowered the brand owners with the power of content management system to update, alter the content of the brand website without having to be depended on a technical team, keeping the brand website relevant and interactive to new as well as recurring audiences in the long run.
